 Automatic L-Sealing Machine is a fully automatic unmanned L sealing cutter, widely used for lot production pipelining with high efficiency. The machine is equipped with the auto film feeding & perforating device and adjustable product infeed conveying table in order to meet different requirements for different products. It has a tight lock device specially designed for packing small products.

Features:

Adopt aluminum alloy cutter with DUPONT Teflon coating that is thermostable and antis ticking to ensure good sealing without cracking, coking or any smoke pollution.

The film feeding length is controlled and regulated by magic eye and counter. There is an inductive motor for an auto collection of film waste.

Equipped with two sets of imported photocells, one is used for horizontal detection, the other is for vertical detection, which is easy to switch. The machine can achieve packaging work easily even for the thin and small package.

Adopt digital temperature controller with PID function. Sealing temperature is extremely sensitive and accurate, which can be regulated at will. The cutter itself has a function of auto protection in order to avoid wrong cutting.

Simple size changeover. No need to exchange any molds or any bag making devices.

The equipment can be used to pack different sizes of products together for sales promotion

There is an organic glass safety cover with alarm function around the sealing & cutting part of this machine in order to ensure the safety of the operator.

The machine can be connected to the production line to carry out an unmanned operation.

Label shrink tunnel adopts hot air circulation for shrinking, is mainly used for shrinking labels of bottles, jars and cups etc, no matter the label is on the body, bottom or cap of the bottle.

• Only the cap parts of a bottle are heated, so the quality of the product inside the bottle will not be affected due to high temperature.

• Inside the tunnel, two high power blowing motors to ensure enough circulating air.
• If necessary, a rotary device can be added and the blowing air for the tunnel can be strengthened partially.
• It is equipped with the ground bolts and truckles, so the machine can be moved and fixed freely.
• Tunnel height is adjustable to be connected to different production lines
• Rack of the tunnel can be fixed or removed from the tunnel on the production line.
